Gov. Idris Commissions Kebbi Renewed Hope Agenda Office, Assures Continued Support

Governor Nasir Idris has commissioned the Kebbi State Office Complex of the Renewed Hope Agenda in Birnin Kebbi and pledged continued support for the organisation’s activities in the state.

 

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, the Kebbi State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Agenda, Alhaji Sambo Aliyu Gwandu, commended Governor Idris for personally financing the construction of the office complex.

 

He disclosed that the Governor approved an amount above the initial estimate for the project, making it possible to complete the building despite the rising cost of construction materials.

Alhaji Sambo Gwandu thanked the Governor for his support and confidence in the organisation, assuring him of the loyalty and commitment of members across the state.

 

He explained that the Renewed Hope Agenda had established structures from the state level down to local governments, wards and polling units to mobilise support for the administration of Governor Nasir Idris and the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

 

The State Coordinator also appealed for continued government assistance towards the smooth operation of the secretariat and the welfare of its junior staff.

 

Responding, Governor Nasir Idris reaffirmed the readiness of the Kebbi State Government to continue providing an enabling environment for the activities of the organisation.

 

The Governor commended Alhaji Sambo Aliyu Gwandu for his leadership and dedication, as well as the selection of competent coordinators across the local governments.

He said the structure would further strengthen grassroots mobilisation and contribute to the success of the Renewed Hope Agenda in Kebbi State.

 

Governor Idris reiterated his administration’s commitment to promoting unity, political inclusion and sustainable development in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The ceremony featured the official commissioning and inspection of the newly completed office complex and was attended by government officials, political leaders, party stakeholders and members of the Renewed Hope Agenda from across the state.
