The speaker of Kebbi State House of Assembly rejoices with Nigerians as the nation marks 65 years of independence

The Speaker of the Kebbi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mohammed Usman Zuru, has rejoiced with Nigerians as the country marks its 65th Independence Anniversary.

In a goodwill message, the Speaker congratulated Governor Nasir Idris, the people of Kebbi State, and all Nigerians on the historic occasion.

He described Independence Day as a moment of reflection on the sacrifices of Nigeria’s founding fathers and the continuous journey towards nationhood.

Rt. Hon. Mohammed Usman Zuru reaffirmed the commitment of the Kebbi State House of Assembly to enacting laws that will improve the lives of citizens.

He also assured of continued collaboration with Governor Nasir Idris in implementing transformative policies in infrastructure, agriculture, education, health, and empowerment.

The Speaker further expressed gratitude to the people of Kebbi State for their resilience and trust in the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris, pledging that together, a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria will be achieved.
