NOA Calls for Unity, Condemns Kidnapping of Maga Schoolgirls in Kebbi

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) Kebbi State Directorate, has condemned the abduction of 25 schoolgirls from Government Girls Comprehensive Secondary School, Maga, in Danko Wasagu Local Government Area.

In an official statement, NOA State Director, Muhammed Nasir Karofi, calls for unity and responsible communication, urging citizens to refrain from making statements that could compromise the morale of security forces.

The Agency expresses its deepest sympathies to the affected families and describes the incident as a reprehensible assault on the state’s peace and values.

Nasir Karofi emphasizes that security is a shared responsibility, necessitating community cooperation and vigilance.

He commends Governor Nasir Idris for his unwavering commitment to protecting lives and property.

NOA State Director, urges residents to support government efforts, eschew misinformation, and promptly report suspicious activities that could undermine public safety.

NOA reaffirms its readiness to mobilize community support for ongoing rescue operations and expresses confidence that, through collective effort and resilience, the abducted students will be safely reunited with their families.
